The Fox 32 TALAS 140 FIT RLC Fork has just about every technology that Fox offers. It provides a quick and easy travel adjustment from 140mm (5.5") down to 110mm (4.3") with a twist of the two position TALAS knob. In the short position you'll be able to climb with efficiency and optimized weight balance for good traction. Let it back up after the climb, and you'll have full travel for the rock gardens on the way down. It's that easy and it's a great feature for varied terrain.The FIT cartridge damper seals the fluid from the atmosphere to eliminate the chance of fluid aeration and subsequent variations in the damping properties. Fox does this with a rubber bladder inside the damper assembly. It also minimizes friction and allows for internal fluid volume changes. And, because it uses less fluid than the older open bath damper, it shaves weight from the TALAS forks. With the FIT RLC damper, you'll get low speed compression and rebound adjustments in addition to a crown mounted lockout. It has an adjustable lockout force knob, allowing you to control the desired amount of blowoff when locked out. The TALAS air spring yields a linear feel, giving you a sensation of buttery smooth small bump response and access to the full range of travel yet you'll still get no harsh ...all the technology that FOX offers -- TALAS, Kashima Coat, FIT, RLC. You really can't beat this fork when you need to adapt to varied terrain... bottoming. The wide range of adjustment for the compression and rebound settings make this fork highly tunable for a wide variety of terrain and riding styles.
